Terms and Conditions
The present General Terms and Conditions of Business shall apply exclusively unless otherwise agreed in writing. We shall not accept contrary terms and conditions or the Buyer‘s general terms and conditions unless we have expressly agreed in writing to their application.

ORDERS
The order sent by the Buyer is binding.
After sending the order confirmation, if we do not receive any objection within 48 hours (working days), we will consider the terms of our order confirmation as valid; After the 48h it is no longer possible to cancel the order;
Delivery is the date of shipment from Monteiro Fabrics;
Whilst every effort will be made to meet shipment dates mentioned in the order confirmation, such dates are only approximate with no contractual effect.
MRR shall not incur any liability by reason of failure to deliver in a different date or dates;
If the client refuses or fails to take delivery of goods tendered in accordance with the contract, MRR shall be entitled to immediate payment in full for the goods;
Quantity delivered may vary 10% above or below the quantity ordered. For quantities outside these tolerances, we will contact our costumer in order to get their approval; Slight colour variations, within the tolerance, may occur from one production batch to another. We do not recommend the use of different batches on the same project.

FAULTS and Damages / Returns
The recipient is under obligation to examine the goods immediately upon arrival;
We kindly ask you to inform us directly if you notice any irregularity;
Damages in transit should be confirmed upon arrival by the driver. Please also sign the cargo papers delivery with reservations and inform us immediately, otherwise neither the freight company nor the assurance takes over the cost of the resulted damage.
All faults are tagged, with a maximum of three (3) defects per roll. Defects with less than 50cm apart from each other, only counts as one (1) defect;
In case of possible claim, no products may be returned for credit without the prior written consent of MRR.
Special orders / productions will not be taken back. We charge a handling fee of 20%.

SPECIFICATIONS
MRR is responsible for delivering the articles according to the corresponding datasheets and its tolerances;
MRR shall provide the Care and Cleaning instructions as well as the Product Guarantee.
